  • My needs are being met.  The session is very open, honest and still maintains a good sense of humor.  Role playing is good (and fun), while capturing real world experiences.   

  • Discussion of “real life” situations was useful. Good use of statistics/surveys to reinforce important customer service points. Very interactive – enjoyed informal settting. 

  • So far, I like everything.  Yes, I think you are meeting my needs so far.  I like the way you talk to us. 
 
  •  This session was most enlightening. I like the way the instructor related to staff and came across to us.  I thought this session taught the staff a lot of knowledge and skills which they can use.
