Many people in supervisory roles have not been given the necessary training to be effective supervisors.  This workshop will equip participants with proven supervisory techniques that they can put into action immediately.   

This workshop is not about theory.  It is about practical, 'how-to' skills that you can take and apply tomorrow to motivate your team and improve their performance.

The course is specifically designed for new supervisors as well as those with more experience but no formal training.  It will provide participants with a template for managing people and tasks, as well as providing practical tools to develop their skills.

The ABC’s of Delivering A+ Customer Service workshop is designed to cover all the basics that front line staff need to know in order to consistently deliver A+ or extraordinary customer service.

Participants are encouraged to utilize their own experiences as a customer to better understand and appreciate the expectations and treatment of customers.

Extensive role playing is utilized to ensure that training is practical in content and related directly to participants’ work environment. 

Throughout the workshop participants assess their own performance and develop action plans to improve their performance and become customer service professionals.
