This workshop is designed to cover all the basics that front line staff need to know in order to consistently deliver A+ customer service and become Customer Service Professionals.
This workshop is more intense and indepth than the ABC's of Delivering A+ Customer Service. It includes addtional topics not relevant to most front line staff such as Following up via Email & Other Methods and Best Practices. It also looks at Conflict Resolution and Dealing with Difficult Customers in more detail. This workshop is geared towards persons in office or sales environments and/or supervisory management roles.
The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and supervise staff to ensure the objectives of the organisation are met, while developing the team and individuals to enhance their performance. The course is specifically designed for new supervisors as well as those wtih more experience but no formal training. It will provide participants with a template for managing people and tasks, as well as providing practical tools to develop thier skills.
