What did you like most about the facilitator/session?In what area(s) would you like to see an improvement?
Alexia, you were very nice.  I like everything you said and there is a lot more I have to learn from you.  I wish the class was longer.  You pointed out a lot to me and it will help me to deal with the customer better along the way in my life.  I will enjoy you as my teacher all the time in my class.  I learnt a lot today.  Thank you very much. 
The session was really good.  It gave me another look at how to conduct myself in my work.  The session should at least have lasted 1 week.  It helped me to help educate any younger person that will be coming on board the business.  Thanks for your representation. 
I like the way you broke down everything word for word and made sure everyone understood before you moved on.  You helped me in some areas of business like as in opening up my business and how to handle customers.Everything was perfect.  Thanks a lot for your advice.  Keep up the good work.
I like everything about the facilitator.  She’s right about discussing customer relations to us, about the do’s and don’t’s.  The sessions were really fun.  I got to air my views about customer service, advantages and disadvantages about great service.  Very pleasant lady.  We love her.  Should be longer.  Thanks, Alexia. 
Was interacting nicely, was very informative.  Spoke to us not as a superior but as someone who understands.I was honestly pleased with everything.
I learnt how I could handle difficult situations better and how to improve my service to anyone as a customer , co-worker, boss or family. 
What I like most about this session is the presentation of every topic.  We were able to talk, share and participate in every topic.  It really did put an eye on every area.  I now know how to handle customers on all levels and in every situation.For me no improvement needed.

Participants were told not to put their names on the evaluation forms to encourage objective and unbiased feedback.
