About the Course
Many people in supervisory roles have not been given the necessary training to be effective supervisors. This workshop will equip participants with proven supervisory techniques that they can put into action immediately.
This workshop is not about theory. It is about practical, 'how-to' skills that you can take and apply tomorrow to motivate your team and improve their performance.
The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and supervise staff to ensure the objectives of the organisation are met, while developing the team and individuals to enhance their performance.
The course is specifically designed for new supervisors as well as those wtih more experience but no formal training. It will provide participants with a template for managing people and tasks, as well as providing practical tools to develop thier skills.

Registration is strictly on a first come, first served basis. Groups are small and will not exceed 25 persons. Payment of your registration fee secures your place.
You will be asked to complete a pre-workshop registration form designed to gather information to ensure that the course is tailored to your needs.
