Basic Customer Service Workshop

Objectives of the Customer Service Workshop

  • At the end of the training sessions your employees will be equipped with a toolbox of customer service skills that will enable them to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations

  • Project a superior service image and personality and project a (contagious) positive attitude to the customer

  • Understand the importance of their personal level of performance in creating  a perception of service excellence

  • Create the right first impression in person and understand the effect of body language and tone of voice in this respect

  • Use active listening skills and positive language to avoid alienating the customer

  • Understand customers’ expectations and how to ensure that they meet or exceed those expectations

  • Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers effectively to create a positive outcome

  • Conduct a self-evaluation and prepare a personal action plan to improve customer service performance

Various methodologies will be used throughout sessions to maintain the participants’ interest and reinforce learning and application, including:

The workshop will take place in the Olympus VIP Theatre, Upstairs Sheraton Food Court, Sheraton Mall, Sargeant's Village, Christ Church.

Registration is strictly on a first come, first served basis. Groups are small and will not exceed 25 persons.  Payment of your registration fee secures your place.

You will be asked to complete a pre-workshop registration form designed to gather information to ensure that the course is tailored to your needs.
